Vicki has more than thirty years of experience in the orthodontic industry. Her experience ranges from nine years in private practice to orthodontic sales, marketing and consulting. The concept for Systemized Orthodontic Consulting Group (now Engaged Ortho) grew out of her in-depth knowledge of the industry and the day-to-day management of a busy orthodontic practice.

In her time with 3M Corporation and later with Opal Orthodontics, Vicki had the opportunity to work with hundreds of orthodontists as well as university residency programs across the country. These experiences have given her unique insight into the needs of an orthodontic practice.

In her free time, Vicki enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.
