Registration Rates | Fees are set upon registration completion. No adjustments will be made. Please ensure the amount is correct before submitting payment.
Cancellation | Registrations cancelled 30 to 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
Registration Transfer | In the event you are unable to attend the event and have someone who can attend in your place, you may submit a transfer request in writing to Manon Newell at mnewell@systemizedortho.com.
Photo Release | Photos and video may be taken at this event. Your registration implies consent to your image and likeness potentially being used in future marketing without compensation to you.
